Hi I closed my Vodafone account in 2018 and paid the bill it’s showing in credit file as open I call Vodafone they told me the account is closed nothing to pay still Vodafone customer service is so unhelpful all they you is we don’t deal with this matter in this department fill the form online the credit team will be in touch I done it 2 times still no one been in touch with me can you please help me with this who to contact
