Hi I closed my Vodafone account in 2018 and paid the bill it’s showing in credit file as open I call Vodafone they told me the account is closed nothing to pay still Vodafone customer service is so unhelpful all they you is we don’t deal with this matter in this department fill the form online the credit team will be in touch I done it 2 times still no one been in touch with me can you please help me with this who to contact

I totally understand your viewpoint on this.
Unfortunately as there is no access to accounts via this forum you would need to preserve with Customer Services, and or contact the Social Media Teams via https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/About-the-Community/Contact-us-about-account-related-queries. As they do also have Access to Accounts.
It might be beneficial to also contact one of the Credit Houses just to see if they can assist. i.e Experian.
