Does anyone know how I can stop my phone connecting to E instead of 4G? I’m staying in a remote area and 1 bar of 4G is letting use the internet etc but it constantly switches to E where I can do absolutely nothing. Is it possible to keep it on 4G and stop it switching to E so often? As soon as it decides to switch back to 4G it’s fine. Thanks

It sounds like there maybe some interference with your local coverage and this is causing you a few issues @holebqu2. You can add WiFi Calling to your plan at no extra cost, this will help you to stay connected whenever you have a WiFi connection.

You can also check your local coverage via our Network Status Checker. If you're not receiving the service advised there, please pop us a message via one of our social channels, and we'll be happy to take a closer look.
