Hi,
I am on the £37 pay monthly bundle with 20GB of data, 2GB of roaming data, and unlimited roaming minutes and texts.
Does this mean that I can phone France from the UK without being charged? Or does it simply mean that I can phone the UK from France?
Thanks.

Hi,
If your ringing a U.K. Mobile number it should come out of your allowance of minutes.
The Roaming part of your contract is for use when your abroad.

The roaming allowance is only for calling from a European destination. You can see what is included in the roaming allowance on the link below.
What's included in my roaming allowance?
When you are calling a UK mobile number, the charge will come out of your allowance. The reason for this is you will still be calling a UK mobile number.
If you are calling a French mobile or landline number, please see the links below.

If you're wanting to call French numbers from the UK then you really should check out the Vodafone International Saver options that are available as a bolt on.
£3 gets you 100 minutes and £7,50 gets you 500 minutes
When you think that the standard rate for calling France from the UK is £1,50 per minute then for the price of two standard priced minutes, you get 100. Can't go wrong.
