Can anyone convince me not to leave blackberry

After many years of bb - notably the bold and for the last two years the Q10 - I am struggling to justify to myself why I should move to the classic. BB has gone nowhere in 2 years. Just put back what should never have been removed - the trackpad. The only reasons that I would stay are the real keyboard, the SD card slot and how easy it would be to transfer data from my Q10 via BB link. There are ways of transferring data I am told. Certainly Samsung has a method. No idea about the iPhone. I am told that I would get used to a virtual keypad! I just like the click of the button when depressed on the BB. I am out of contract with Vf. So is it the Classic, the S6. Or the iPhone 6? Help before I go totally crazy

Ok. I only know what they tell me.

That's one of the benefits of this community. We can say things that Vodafone can't. Just pick a phone and a price plan that suits you. If you get an iPhone or android you'll be equally satisfied as there is very little difference between them for 90% of users.

Yes the forum. I have a thread about a complaint. I have spoken to several different people in various departments. Not one can help me or even address my complaint. I then put it on this forum a couple of days ago. Silence. That's why I have a PAC code.

Hi @wynmorgan

We've replied to your other thread here.

Your local store should be more than happy to demonstrate any phone for you. :Smiling:

Thanks,

Please forgive me but the stores do not stock the bb classic. It is not fashionable so they done clutter their stores with it. Trust me I've tried more than one Vf store.

Thank you for starting my complaint process. Let's hope that I get more luck through you than customer services.

It isn't a question of fashionable but the financial return a retail unit gets from every square metre of space. Why take up space with a product that almost no one will buy when you could stock a phone that's popular? That's how retail works.

I am not disputing that. What annoys me is the glib way that Vf staff tell me I can play with a BB in store when in fact I cannot. Do you understand that?

Clearly the call centre staff have no idea what stock the stores have and what they don't so more training required there.

However, you know what a BB feels like even if it isn't that specific model. Your fear is the virtual keyboard and that can be amply demo'd in store. Do you have any friends or work colleagues that would let you play with their phones to get some idea as to how they feel, although a 2 minute play doesn't really give you much of an experience.

I am actually now looking at the iPhone 6. OMG. I work near a small EE Store and the girl has taken an S6, Classic and iPhone 6 out. I could play with the S6 (too big) and classic (nice but well outdated) but not the iPhone. I could hold it but not switch it on. I'm liking the size and feel of the iphone6. Please don't tell my family as they are all iPhone users and will see this as me weakening!!!

The interesting thing about this thread - which does come under the blackberry heading - is that not one BB user has contributed
