For about a month I have been unable to send text messages to my mum who is on a PAYG EE network (Samsung clamshell phone). I can call her okay, and she can text and call me fine. But every text I send to her does not arrive.
I have checked her phone and I don't seem to be blocked (TBH her phone is so basic I don't even know if you can block on it!)
Any advice?

Hi @tracycn
Your Mum needs to take the issue up with EE. If your other messages are delivered as they should be, the message will be leaving the Vodafone network and delivered to the EE Message Centre for forwarding onto the recipient.
Your Mother's network will be able to check her messages are hitting the message centre correctly.

Can you try your mothers SIM in a different phone and see if it works?

Thanks, Ann. Will try that.
And...
@chistery don't have another phone to try with, but thanks for the advice.

Would her SIM work in your phone?
Turn her phone off, send the text and put the SIM in your phone and see if it arrives?

No, I have an iPhone 6s and she has a basic Samnsung clamshell.
Thanks anyway.
