Can receive messages but can't send them when not on wifi

Hi 

I have a IPhone 6 with Vodafone , when I'm away from home I can receive messages but can't send then.

My internet provider is Kcom (formerly Karoo) which will only allow me to use their outgoing server if I'm connected to the kcom network, so I need to use Vodafones outgoing smtp server when I'm away from home, but I'm unable to find their settings.

I would be grateful for any help with this.
