I am writing to inform you of a potential issue with the Vodafone SMS service. It has come to my attention that certain users are not receiving SMS messages from Vodafone. The issue appears to be related to messages containing certain special characters, such as ( [ ] / |).
I have advised a Vodafone representative of this issue via chat, and they were able to provide a solution that resolved the problem (after I asked them to remove the special characters from the SMS message). I wanted to bring this to your attention in case other customers are experiencing the same issue.
I would be grateful if you could investigate this matter further to ensure that all customers receive SMS messages without interruption.
