Can't access particular websites

It is wikipedia and facebook that I can't access from my dongle/USB for 2 days now. I have tried to contact number of vodafone operators but they have no answer to this problem.

There is certainly no problem with the computer, because I have tried other internet services, there is problem only with this connection.

I have searched around and found that many others had same issue, but I couldn't find the solution.

Hi ReelNet,

Wikipedia and Facebook aren't restricted by Content Control, so I'm puzzled that you can't access these sites. 

Are you struggling to use all sites, or just these two? Which browsers have you tried and what message comes up when you try to visit these sites?
