Hi, I'm a recently new PAYG customer with a now-working Sure Signal.
My problem is,I can't add another number - my OH's - in the users screen on the My Vodafone dashboard and repeatedly get the dreaded 500, 2004 error.
Can anyone help, please? Even identifying what's going on would be useful.
I've also tried putting the phone number in international format, leavign names off etc. as mentioned in other posts.

It should be an easy process to add another Vodafone Mobile Number. Im assuming a glitch has occurred which should hopefully self resolve or you could use Live Chat to see if they can assist with your account and in regards to adding the number.
Hope all goes ok.

Your Sure Signal serial number:

Thanks @BandofBrothers
Hi @Ashley, thanks for the response. The troubleshooting didn't help unfortunately, so I'll get that info together and post.
I also rang Sure Signal Tech Support this morning and ended up speaking to a lady based in Egypt - ! - who assured me the issue with the inability to add any numbers was down to a (now less common) issue with the path Vodafone allow us to control adding users. It's supposed to be something to do with a coding glitch, but this may be complete nonsense and nothing more than a Friday morning fob-off

Here you are, @Ashley:

Download: 7.15 Mbps
External IP: 95.147.246.41
Traceroute results:

Bit uneasy about giving the S/no and my IP on a public forum so will edit out when you've replied with your verdict.
Thanks.

Thanks @Wayne.
I've composed a response based on the info you sent, but ironically the SEH message won't send as it won't accept my PAYG Vodafone number! It's been valid for a week now, and I've tried with both 44 and 0 as the prefix.
How else can I get this to send? #baffled
Edit: I've added my old number on another network in the contact field as it would accept that, and I've added my real, current Vodafone number in the large text box with other info.
