Hi,
I have a Sure Signal V2, and only have the power light on.
I've tried the hard resets, holding the power button until all the lights flash, removed the power, plug it back in whilst holding reset.
I've got our administartor to set up the ports and ip addresses, and I've tested the sure signal works at my home address. Can you check it at your end? Serial number is: 40121405621

Last day to return my phone tomorrow. If this doesn't work, I'm keeping my super cheap o2 sim and sending the new phone and suresignal back!! Might as well have no signal and pay a lot less for it!

Just to let you know we work in time order on the eForum
So I've checked everything and it all checks out. There should be no reason the VSS isn't giving signal to your phone/s.
I noticed you say you've tried it at home and it works. Or did I misunderstand your post?
If it works on another connection, this would point to a local setup issue rather than it being the VSS at fault.
Could you try some of the below suggestions:
I've also forced a resync for you. Please factory reset the VSS.
