Can't log into my sure signal to add a new number

I have registered my sure signal number 40124245370 but I can't access it through my vodafone as it will not allow me access to my sure signal. I may have registered with my sons mobile number or my sim on my iPad as my only other vodafone device at the time was a work mobile which could not be the main number
Please can you help as I have just bought a new iPhone and want to add it to my sure signal
