Can't open messages - Mini 4 Vodaphone

Hi, how do you open a message? I have gone into messages where I have a list of messages but when I tap the message it doesn't open, instead (when I select a message) it shows me message data. I can only read part of the message without opening it. Thanks.

That’s strange. Is it a new phone that you’ve had?

Try restarting the phone as you should be able to view your messages by touching the new message.

If that doesn’t work, the message may be locked, so touch and hold the message and select ‘Lock/Unlock message’.

If you’re still having problems after trying the above, let us know the following:

• Can you view other messages ok or is it any received texts?
• Can you view your sent messages?
• Have you been able to view your full texts before?
