Can't recieve calls text or emails when connected to sure signal

I can't receive calls text or e-mails while connected to my sure signal, all services work while on normal Vodafone network. I have had my phone line and all components in the system checked by my phone line provider and Vodafone. I can make calls and text and e-mails just not receive them.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
