Hi there
I am unsure as to whether or not I am still subscribed to BBM. I no longer have a Blackberry phone b ut last month was automatically re-subscribed. I am not loading credit now as I am afraid the BIS cost will come off again this month. Please could you advise how to:
1.) See if I am registered for the BIS service still (could you check this for me?)
2.) Cancel this service so that 5 Pounds are not deducted from my phone credit each month (Is there a way for you do do this from your side?
