Pls de-register my BB PIN & IMEI

Dear Sir,

I was living in UK for 3 yearsand I had blackberry 9780 phone on contract with you. I enjoyed services during this period.

I left UK last year and went to my home country India. Before leaving, I got my blackberry unlocked.

But here, when I put a new SIM for blackberry, but it is not registering. I spent enough time with customer care executives as well as I visited store locally several times.

But it looks like my BB 9780 is still registered with UK.

Please can you deregister my PIN and IMEI asap.

Following are my details.

Device Pin      22D469D4.
IMEI:              354255.04.407224.9

Kindly help me Urgently and deregister from your system.

think there is just a problem in general with vodafone support

I can not register my pin and ime or set up my internet

no help offered but happy to take my money for top ups
