I have been lost my phone last night unfortunately but luckily my phone was insured and then i talked to my claim adviser and he said you need a proof of usage and proof of black list.
I got proof of usage from vodafone but they said we can't issue you proof of blacklist you need to talk to your phone provider(carphone warehouse). And when i talked to them they said only vodafone can black listed your phone we cant. Now i am struck between i dont know why vodafone is not issuing me proof of blacklist because they are my network provider. I already send my imei but still they said we cant issue. Its a horrible experience for me as a vodafone customer.
They just wasting my time i dont have my phone rightnow im using my friends phone.
Kindly please help me to release my pressure and give me my proof of blacklist.

Speak to the Vodafone Social Media Team via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as they should be able to help.
Only a network can blacklist a phone's imei not the Merchant i.e the seller of the phone.
As long as the phone has been used on the Vodafone Network to make calls etc they can blacklist it.
If you get stuck speak with the Communications Ombudsman too.
