Cancelling Contract

Hope this is in the right section, i have recently purchased a vodafone internet dongle (around a week ago now) and i was promised that in my area i would be receiving fast connection speeds, i was happy with what i was told and as ive tried it in my location (where they told me it would be fast) ive found that it is terribly slow, so slow infact its slower than dialup! im paying like £8.50 a month for this service as i already have a phone contract with vodafone.
But im not happy with the amount im paying for the speed i am receiving... after being told i would be getting fast speeds.

is there anyway i can return this dongle to the vodafone shop and cancel my contract, its just not worth having as its quite alot of money a month for a dongle that produces worse than adequate/dial up speeds.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems picking up good speeds here and I completely appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.

Normally you would not be able to do this. However I would suggest popping back into the store. Chances are, the person you spoke to originally will be in and you'll be able to explain your situation to them.
