1) Clicking on "see your bill in more detail" or "view bills" merely takes me to site map.
2) "view balance and usage" goes to wrong page.
3) "manage my details" goes to page but all options produce ""unfortunately, your request cannot be processed"
All these features were working fine earlier today, now they do not work !!

Marvelous. Now when I log in it comes up with loading ...... waists for ages and then syas it can't get my detaiils instead of displaying ,y number and the amount of data used.

Also, it is taking absolutely ages to login in or access anything when it does eventually log in . Thiis is completely unacceptable as I need to be able to see how much of my data allowance I have left.

Hmmm.. Everything is now working OK. I guess the site was having problems tnhat have now been corrected.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHH!!!! I spoke too soon. Back to not displaying properly again as in very 1st post.
WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON ?????

Firstly - i think a little more detail is required on the issue so that Vodafone certainly can try to help you a little more. From what i can gather (and i ,may be wrong) you seem to be having issues with My Account online? if that is the case then i would certainly recommend clearing cache/cookies on your browser and then re-attempt to log into My Account to see if the problem comes back, Or just try a different browser.
If that does not work then i would imagine that Vodafone would need to escalate this into their usual process for My Account issues (sometimes they happen unfortunately).
Bare in mind that they are very busy at the moment with all the iPhone posts which is why they may not have answered here
Also are you having issues with accessing the page with your 3G modem? if not then i think this post could be in the wrong section of the support forum

Yes it was from my 3g (dongle) mobile modem.
Thank you for the reply. I have been playing around with clearing cache and cookies and that seems to fix the problem. It now goes to the correct page (even if sometimes there is a message on the main page saying that features are currently unavailable).
IAfter clearing cache and cookies all is well most of the time, but sometimes it goes wrong again and I have to clear again.
Also, clearing seems to be the only way I can get it to make me put by user name and password in. Otherwise it just knows who I am and goes straight in.
I don't see why I should have to keep clearing things though. Ah well.
