I have tried for three weeks to buy a data pack with a voucher I bought
from the Co-op. At the last stage, having selected a data pack, I either
get the ' We are doing a few tweaks' message or it just times out. Last
night it simply returned me to the first screen. I tried using my
Vodaphone mobile and the reply was that the voucher number has
been used.
I am now out of ideas and almost of patience.

We have seen from other posts on the forum that a person has had issues to then realise they had tried to use an already used voucher which they had kept in their bag.
If this isn't the case then I'd suggest going back to the shop if
origin for assistance.
Check your myvodafone online and or myvodafone app to see if it has uploaded as it can sometimes be a little delayed in updating.
