Data SIM for GSM modem

Hello,

I have a new vodafone sim card enabled for data transfer to replace an existing vodafone sim in my Nokia PremiCell 09i gsm modem. The new sim card has been activated but is not being recognised by the modem. Any ideas why this is happening and what can I do to resolve the problem?

Just so we can double check the activation has been completed, please try putting the MBB SIM card in a mobile phone and try connecting it to the Internet.

 If you don't have a phone to test this in, please pop in to a local store so our team can try this for you.
