Cannot recive text or calls

I have PAYG plan with Blackberry freebee on my Blackberry Bold 9790. Everything works fine (e-mail, BBM, internet) but i cannot recive calls or text. I can make calls and send text but i cannot recive either.

Unfortunately it didn't help. I realised that all incoming calls go straight to Voicemail, eventhough I swiched it off.
