Cannot update Smart 4 Mini to 330HEG1 - Launcher2-res.apk has unexpected contents

Hi,

I am trying to update mySmart 4 Mini to 330HEG1. The update.zip file has been downloaded, however the upgrade fails with:

Verifying system

"/custpack/JRD_custres/app/Launcher2-res.apk" has unexpected contents

Installation aborted

The phone has been factory reset but that has not helped. Has anyone overcome this?

After you factory reset, did you leave the phone vanilla, with no other apps installed?   I'm just wondering whether this is a resource issue and that you need to give the process as much space as possible.
