Cant Remove Content Control

I have had my laptop/internet package for around 3weeks and it appears the content control is automatically on depite me giving information to prove I am over 18 when I bought the package. I have registered online and tried to follow the help topics and information to remove the content control but nothing works, the help information online is very unhelpful, I have emailed the helpcentre and been told i will receive an email within 5 days, which i find very unsatisfactory. I can not even access websites that stock alcohol! What do I do?
