After not being able to use any of my credit cards to top up I had a look around my online account and noticed that my address is saying I come from Bradford? I have never been to Bradford so certainly never lived there and so not sure how/or who has changed this?! There is no button for me to put the correct address in and I don't live near a Vodafone shop. And why should I have to go out of my way to prove who I am when I have had this dongle for many years and I have never put I have come from Bradford, as I live the opposite side of the country!!
Is this why I cant top up all of a sudden? and why is my vodafone account saying some random address?
Thanks

Is Bradford the Vodafone dumping ground for disgruntled customers?
Like ‘L-jay’ when I attempted to top up my account credit with my Debit Card on 15th Aug., I discovered that I had also – unknown to myself – moved to Bradford! Strange really, as the scenery out of my windows still looks very much like Sussex, where I have lived all my life, until some stage after I’d opened a Vodafone My Account!
Resorted to Live Chat but the guy who responded suggested he phone - & when he did call it was to say he was transferring me to someone else to deal with my problem – I naively thought someone from a dept that specialises in people’s personal details?
After several attempts at spelling out each part of my address & postcode, he read it back to me & it sounded OK over the phone. After I asked how or why Vodafone had changed my address without my knowledge, he put me on hold for 4-5 minutes & then came back to inform me that he had corrected my address!
When I checked later, it seems that this ‘specialist’ didn’t seem too familiar with a standard address layout (which was presumably on screen in front of him?) as it now appears that the first line of my address – i.e. the name of my block of flats – is now a street name! I vividly recall spelling out the road name several times, but it no longer exists!
As L-jay points out there is no button to enable you to correct your own address details – despite a sentence at the top of the My Details page asking you to keep your details up to date – which I presume means if you also want to move from Bradford back to where you actually live, you have to ‘somehow’ attempt to contact Vodafone?

I'm having this exact same problem...
My card doesn't work trying to top up online I had to go into the store to top up... (which worked - with the same card). This was two weeks ago and the problem still hasn't been fixed. I see there are many other people having this issue.
My address is also showing as Bradford... I don't live in Bradford, I never have.
It would be great if I could find out why this is happening and how to fix it.
