I have only been with Vodafone BB for almost two weeks and I can rarely gain access to my router, I get the Vodafone Connect Welcome page and
"Enter your Vodafone Connect router password to manage your settings"
the "vodafone" password is there asterisked out and if I click login or manually enter the password again and then click login I get
"500 Internal Server Error
Internal Error"
This happens almost every time, once in the last three days it let me in
I have tried once turning off the router for a minute and letting it reset but still had no joy
Can anyone throw any light on this please.

It might be to do with how the link I am using to enter my router, I made a link when I first installed the router begining with the addreas 192.etc but in another thread there was a link to "Vodafone connect" and using that link it is giving me acces every time so far, so I might have sussed it.

My advice would be to ring the Broadband Tech Team.
