Cant receive calls from o2 and tesco customers

hello can anybody help, so i moved over to vodafone on thursday, my number from o2 got ported over friday, all went over succesfully, only thing is that my mates are on o2 and they can text me but they cannot ring me, when they try ring me it says the number you have dialled is not recognised please redial and try again, I can ring them no problem, but my other friends are on other networks and they can ring me no problem, is it an o2 issue or is it an vodafone issue? i

Hi

 

It sounds like a porting issue at Vodafones end. 

Sometimes not all the porting files settle as they should known as a Split Port. If you call 191 they'll be able to check and if necessary escalate this to their porting teams.

Hi @RossILCFC1993

 

If you are unable to receive O2 and Tesco calls, it sound like an issue O2 end.

 

When you contact Vodafone, they will need to raise this with O2 on your behalf.
