Cellular data

Basically I've had a 5S contract since before Christmas and the other day I went to turn on my cellular data and it wouldn't turn on and it hasn't since. I don't know why it won't turn on at all but I'm paying my contract monthly so I should be able to get my data. Any suggestions?

Hi @Sophie_,

Please try a hard reset of your phone.

You can do this by holding the power and home buttons down together for 15 seconds. Let go of them as soon as you see the Apple logo.

This won't delete any data :)
