Hi I have just changed broadband companies from Virgin Media to Sky and since setting up my Sure Signal V2 all I have is the power light on steady and the second light flashing
I have de registered an reregistered it as well as hard reset the SS and still the same. Is there a signal that needs sending to it by Vodafone to resync it? The serial number for it is 40121419788
