Unable to Add/Delete Users

I get through to the right page, but i am unable to make any changes to the sure signal.

everytime i try to delete or add a new user it say there is a technical problem and to try again later.

Please help

Hi kevincraig14,

Try deleting your temporary internet files, cookies and cache from your web browser.

Once you've done this, close all open browser windows, open a new browser, then attempt to delete the user and add the new one.

i have tried this and also tried opeing in other browsers like chrome, and still getting the same error message.

i have also tried on different PC's and same error occurs.
