On the 23rd September I upgraded both my contracts, I had unlimited calls and texts, 18gb data and the entertainment package for £51 p/m (for number ending 9923) and another that I cancelled an hour after I upgraded. The phone turned up and everything was fine and then about a week into the contract I received a text saying my bundle had changed to 500 texts, unlimited calls and 500mb data ( this is on 9923) I’ve called numerous times asking it to be changed back and was told a fault form had been issued and will be resolved within 28 days. I called during the 28 days to double check if it is being processed and was told by the customer service team to call back another time and when I call back I get told the same thing.
Ive got multiple live chats saved confirming what my contract should be and that it’s all being looked into, so 1) can someone confirm something is being done and when it should go back to my upgraded contract (of unlimited calls and texts, 18gb data and the entertainment package for number ending 9923) or 2) how do I raise a complaint as I don’t feel like anything is being done and no one is explaining anything,
