Charging issues

Since updating my smart ultra 6 - it informs me that it is charging slowly and its taking at least 8 hours to charge - even when it's been on all night it's still on 98% - there doesn't seem to be any where to change the setting

Updating a phones firmware shouldn't affect it's charging capabilities. 

Can you Check that any fast charging setting is still toggled on @Allybongo

As a process of elimination can you try another charger cable and charging brick ?

Edit > Try another charger on your phone ?

Look in the charging port with a torch to See if you can see any debris but don't go poking in there with anything or use pressurised air as that can drive debris further into the phone.

Hi @Allybongo if the suggestion by @BandOfBrothers doesn't work you could try a factory reset as this often helps with issues like this.

A Factory Reset is certainly a help to cure all process as a very last resort as mentioned by @63johnw but be sure to create back ups as this will clear your phone of your info.
