Checking registration status of a suresignal

Hi

I have a vodaphone suresignal but I'm no longer a vodaphone customer.

I'd like to pass the box on to a family member but I can't remember if its deregistered. How can I find out

Hi bigmonmulgrew,

The quickest way would be to ask the family member to try registering it under their name.

If it shows as already registered, we can deregister it.
