Can someone please pleas help me? I have been trying to make a serious complaint not for months and getting nowhere! I've been into a store and also have the backing of the store manager and several other managers and even they are stuck with how to resolve my issues. Thanks in advance.

I would suggest sending any postal correspondence as Recorded Delivery so you can track that the letter has been received and signed for.
