Complete Disconnect of home broadband

I have genuinely never had such bad customer service from an ISP. 

Our internet has stopped working entirely since Saturday, I have called several times and apparantly my case was paused for testing on my end. They didn't even attempt to contact me. 

Has anyone else had a complete broadband blackout lately?

@Carrotcakejack I'm really sorry to hear you've been without broadband, I know how frustrating this must be. 

We've not been made aware of any problems with our service from our end. Are you up and running again now? Have you contacted our Live Chat team for updates if not?
