I have picked up my new Blackberry Z10 today and it is not conecting to my Sure Signal (version 2). I have powered off my Sure Signal and rebooted it but my phone signal is still poor. I haven't changed my number, which is the one registered with my sure signal.
What else can I try?

I have the same problem as you, its because you have a new sim card. I have followed these instructions and am paitently waiting to see if it starts working. I had to transfer ownership to allow my number to be removed because mine was the main number.
Give it a read, I will update my progress later.

Thanks for the reply, problem I'm going to have is that I'm the only one with Vodafone in my house so transfering ownership is not an option! Hopefully there is another way?

Hi Hollytrees,
If you can follow the Troubleshooting Guide and post the template results here, we'll be able to check to see if your Sure Signal just needs a manual resynchronisation.
