I have had a look into the signal in your area; I can see that there are a lot of sites around you, they all seem to be working fine, so the does indicate it’s due to congestion.
One option for your and the 3G handset would be to look into the
Vodafone Sure Signal, but you will need a landline for it, so it may not be ideal for you however for others with signal issues, it could be the answer, look here for more details.
I know there isn’t allot I can do for you at this time, as you have already ran our diagnostic checks by changing the SIM card and trying a different device.
