Hi 

 

despite following all the steps it appears I still have content control enabled. This is despite turning it off and doing the usual steps of turning the phone on and off. I have tried turning the option on and off again but to no success.

Hi,

 

There was an issue not too long ago with Vodafones Content Control on a persons account where when the account holder had followed the advice in > Vodafone > How-do-I-switch-off-content-control-on-my-mobile-device. it still remained in place. 

Can you use Live Chat or ring 191 and I'm sure they'll help with this.

I am having the same issue i have been intouch with online assistants on 6 occasions now all who did the same process all who assured me this time it would work guess what still cant use my data how i want to use it ! 

It is getting quite testing now and would like it resolved i have confimed my age a number of times and have had neumerous txts and emails saying that the content bar had been lifted but still nothing
