I cant remove it!!!!!!!!!!!!! I says go here for information, then you click it and it send you to a my vodafone or whatever but dont have a clue what to click on!!!! I'm 18, paying for credit that i cant even use with my own will,, please give me a direct link to remove it

There is no direct link to remove it. You can either go into your account and remove it there our call 191 and they will lift if for you.
