Thank you for the reply so far i have done the following and for nearly 2 weeks;
Contacted Vodafone via email and responded to the request for confirmation of personal info email ref:9247544
Rang Vodafone told a manager was going to dealt with it last wednesday.
Used live chat and spoke to "David: Hello, you're chatting with David, one of Vodafone's online customer service specialists. Allow me a moment to go through the conversation you had with the representative who transferred your chat over to me"
Who said last Thursday the it was sorted and "
David: Its has been processed
David: You can keep an eye on your e mai;
David: You shall receive it anytime
David: I hope this brings a smile on your face ?
And Still not received anything.
Can you help in any way??
