1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

Yes, within the entire Pride Park area. Om a matchday when the stadium only slightly starts filling up.

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs?

DE24 8XL

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

Yes

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

Vodafone network comes to complete stand still. No data, and can't even send a text without having to retry many many times.

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

4G. Given difficulties even with texting, I imagine it applies to all though.

6) When did you first notice this issue?

Start of the season (August). Had worked fine last season.

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

Only occurs on a matchday, but well before it fills up. Other networks seem to handle the demand at all times.

When population increases like that on a match day and lots of people are accessing the masts at the same time this can have an impact on Signal and data speeds. 

Looking at your local masts they are not showing any reported issues 

Howevever surrounding masts show....

"We're trying to fix a network issue which might be affecting calls coverage. It’s now being investigated. We'll update this page as soon as we know more."

and Maintenance Work.

"We're doing some work on our network in this area to improve your calls and data coverage. Sorry if you notice any disruption. We're expecting to have things back to normal by 6pm 15 Apr 2017. Everything else should be working fine.~"

Issues with surrounding masts can sometimes have an impact on local masts if the network re routes network traffic to compensate.
