1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
MY PHONE (ALL OF VODAFONE USERS IN MORAY) SAYS IT HAS SIGNAL. ONLY ~5% OF THE TIME THE PHONE IS USABLE. NOBODY CAN HEAR WHAT WE ARE SAYING AND THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME THE PHONE WON'T MAKE PHONECALLS
SERVERAL PHONE CALLS TO VODAFONE HAVE NOT RESULTED IN ANY USEFUL INFORMATION BEING PROVIDED. WHAT'S THE POINT IN SIGNING UP TO 'EMAIL UPDATES' IF NO UPDATE ARE SENT?
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the Community, add it to your profile here.
IV30 / IV31
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
YES
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
UNABLE TO MAKE CALLS.
CALLS CUT OUT AFTER SHORT CONVERSATION.
UNABLE TO HEAR CONVERSATION
NO ACCESS TO 3G OR 4G
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
ALL
6) When did you first notice this issue?
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?
PERMANENT

I managed to have a half hour conversation with my dad in IV30 (Elgin) this morning so it's not a widespread issue affected everyone.
Are you in Elgin? I'll be that way tonight so I can test out if there is a particular area.
If you're in Lossie (IV31) there is an issue listed with the mast on the camp that could be affecting you:
There is a new 3G/4G mast going live soon as well so disruption could be caused by work relating to that. Once it's done you should see a massive difference!
