I fixed my internet by myself by tuning my router off for 30 minutes that forced the DLM to resync the speed. The customer service doesn’t know what your taking about. One customer service rep said keep your router on at all times to see if sync speed increases again. I read about turning off your router for 30 minutes. I did the full 30 minutes with the router off when I turned it back on again I got the full speed back.
