1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

Within 1 mile of my home postcode. Improves if i travel West.

Yes

 

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

No service, occasionally 1 bar signal, assumed from another serving cell. Was told a few years back that the only serving cell here is Site 66 Axborough. 

 

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

2G 3G (no 4G coverage at location)

    

6) When did you first notice this issue?

@sqdmta I've checked your local serving site (87974) and can see it's performing correctly. 

Before 31 August, what type of coverage were you seeing in this location? 

I normally get a weak but useable signal indoors and a mid to strong signal outdoors. I'm not familiar with the cell id you listed, how can I search its location? As of today my signal has improved slightly, I am getting 1 bar indoors as opposed to no signal at all, but it's still weaker than usual.

@sqdmta Site 87974 is located in the DY10 2ED postcode. 

As you've stated this has slightly improved, please monitor this for the next few days to see if you usual coverage resumes. If after this time it's had no improvement, please come back to this thread and let us know.
