Data roaming in France for a PAYG customer

Hi there, I have 2 Voda PAYG sims, one in an old phone, the other is a data sim in an unlocked MiFi. I need a modest amount of data for 2 weeks when I go to France, to check emails on a laptop. Can you advise on the best solution? I can't use tethering from the phone because I'm on PAYG, and I can't seem to find any data roaming deals like the Euro Traveller for a PAYG MiFi. Am I missing something? Perhaps I'd be best on another network?

You can only use Euro Traveller when you are roaming in Europe using your phone.  

If you are using a mobile MiFi device, you will pay the charges as per the link below.
