De register Sure Signal, no longer Vodfone user?

Hi

I moved my phone number from Vodafone to new provider but I did not de register the Sure Signal box at the time.  Now I am unable to log into old account via phone number etc.  How can I de register the Sure signal?

You'll need to enter the details for the closed account so we can verify that as the owner of the Sure Signal.

Make sure you include the Sure Signal serial number too for reference.
