Hi I recently switched from a pay monthly contract to PAYG, whilst keeping the same phone number. I had a Sure Signal box linked to my number while I was on contract and I did not de-register it before I made the switch to PAYG. I contacted support via chat last week to request Vodafone to de-register the device and they assured me this would be done. Subsequent to that chat, I sold the device to another person, but they are now complaining that they can't use the device becuase it has not been de-registered.
So for the second time, can someone pls help me de-register my Sure Signal? I will provide all neccessary details if someone from Vodafone replies to this email.

Hi I am not able to open the Live help chat for some reason, it's always stuck on "Back shortly. Please try again later." Is there any other way you can help? Email perhaps? I can provide all relevant information.
