We have a Vodafone Suresignal which was previously on our business account. However, we no longer have the business account but we do still have the Vodafone Suresignal. The person who previously used the Suresignal on her Vodafone business number wishes to take over the Suresignal for her family's other Vodafone numbers. Can you de-register the Suresignal from our old account? The suresignal serial number is:
21227836091.
Thank you.

Hi
If a person no longer has access to be able to de register the sure signal then they have to speak with Customer service on 191 or use Live Chat.
This is to protect the sure signal.

I have tried to call Vodafone on the numbers on the website but as it keeps asking for my vodafone number or landline number I cannot get through to anyone.

Hi @LynneParker
If the device was registered to a business account, this will mean you may need to contact Vodafone Business and ask them to deregister the device. Even if the account is closed, they will still be able to access the account details.
The problem you will have is the person who had the device registered to her business account will need to make the request. As soon as this has been done, she will be free to register the device to her consumer account.
You can find how to contact Vodafone Business to get the device deregistered on the link below.
