Why doesn't Vodafone tell people about the long delays on its website for delivery ofn some phones? I have just been emails, to say more infomration about my son's phone will be with me in 10 days! I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks already. The phone is still up for sale with no warning about delays! It is wrong, allow people to look eslewhere. Sorry to say, typical of vodafone. Still no improvement in service.

Exactly - I ordered an iPhone7 Plus for my wife for Xmas last week - was told in stock, then got email saying out of stock, called to check and was told definitely have 3 colours in stock so chose black - rang to chase today & told out of stock - rang to complain & was actually out of stock and unlikely to get for 60 days....thus after Xmas !!! Discgraceful !!

Although I am no longer with Vodafone, I have learned from experience to always obtain my phones from a shop, not from on-line ordering. A shop can't sell you vapourware unless you make a conscious decision to accept it. Having said which , I wish you all the best with your outstanding orders and hope you get sorted soon.
