Hello,
I ordered (upgrade) iPhone6 on the 24 October and it still hasn't arrived.
Only e-mail I received was the first one saying that the estimate delivery date 28 October - 04 November 2014. I have not heard from Vodafone since and every time I call the help desk they only tell me to wait for another few weeks and will give me the compensation once I received the phone, and nobody could tell me whether phone will be delivered in 2 days or 2 month.
I have been a Vodafone customer for 14 years and I am very upset about how I have been treated.
Please can someone tell me when my phone will arrive??

Which model of iPhone did you order?
I can see there are still a couple showing with a 2+ week delivery time.
Also, You should have had an email with an order number attached, did you get this?

2 weeks ago I was told that it will be another 2 weeks...

That model is still listed as 2-3 weeks so its a possibility that stock just isn't arrive as Vodafone are expecting it to.
Having said that an order placed way back in October shoud have been fulfilled by now I would have thought.
Maybe worth sitting tight for one of the eForum Team to have a look. There is maybe something wrong with your order that's fallen through the net. Unfortunately it can take them a few days to get in touch as they are quite busy but then again you've been waiting almost 2 months so another few days probably isn't going to make much difference.

I've called vodafone yesterday and they said that they will send a new phone today. I was quite surprised that it didn't take me to explain the whole story and quite happy when I put the phone down and received a text from vodafone that my phone is arriving next day. But my worry started when I received an e-mail letting me know that the previous order was cancelled and didn't receive anything about the new order, and according to the person I was chatting with on the vodafone website they cannot give me the tracking number.
The phone didn't arrive today as I suspected. I had to take day off and wait for the phone all day. Could someone explain what is happening??

I fell for you JobbyFace. Delivery estimate date is same too. It's such a great stress. What makes it worse is my phone screen is now broken so I haven't had a phone for over 5 weeks now. I am now try to speak to someone online again...please let me know if you have any progress!
